At the beginning of last September I attended a Colin Prior photography course along with seven other photographers, three of us being members of the RPS travel group. Based at the small hamlet of Doune, some 35 miles, by land, from the nearest main road we spent the week photographing the local area under Colin’s guidance. On the first day we all met up at the port of Mallaig and taken by boat to Doune in time for our main evening meal, this was at the local restaurant offering excellent cuisine. The following is a selection of pictures taken through the week.
